Reclaim is made by Inflect Labs Pty Ltd. Buying it means agreeing to what follows. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
A licence to use Reclaim on any Mac you own, for as long as you like. One payment of 99 USD. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Every future version is included. If Reclaim is ever discontinued, the copy you have keeps working — it runs on your Mac and needs nothing from us to function.
Your key is yours. Using it on the Macs you own is expected. Sharing it publicly, reselling it, or distributing it is not, and we may deactivate a key being used that way.
If Reclaim does not do what this site says it does, email us within 30 days and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify it.
Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live, which apply regardless of what this page says.
Reclaim deletes only what you select. It is designed so that files you created go to the Trash rather than being removed outright, and so that folders which look disposable but contain real work are left alone.
Even so, deleting files is inherently risky, and you are the one choosing what goes. Keep backups. Time Machine or any equivalent is enough.
Reclaim is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will suit every situation.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from Reclaim is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or other indirect loss. Where the law does not allow that limit — including under the Australian Consumer Law — the law wins.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated here, and they will not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.
